How to Order
As you may know, this project was a work of love, with thousands of hours donated by many people. the price of the book and CD simply allow us to recoup some of the hard costs associated with this project.
The price of the book, which includes the CD plus, sales tax is $19.95 and the price of the CD alone is $1.35. (Note: this price does not include shipping.) To order, please remit a check, money order, or cashiers check to:

If you wish to avoid shipping charges, the books and CD’s can be picked up at the following address. However, if you want to have it shipped, then please send an e-mail request specifying what you would like to order, and which mailing address you want us to ship it to.
